The Story

Background / Vision
The property developer needed the sales gallery to serve as a physical preview of the $10M+ penthouses they were selling. The furniture had to exude immediate, undeniable opulence and executive authority.
Challenge
The space sees high daily foot traffic from discerning VIP clients. The furniture required the visual delicacy of residential luxury but the structural durability and stain-resistance of heavy commercial-grade pieces.
Solution
We specified our Executive and Lounge collections but upgraded all materials to commercial performance grades. Aniline leathers were treated with invisible ceramic nano-coatings, and delicate wood veneers were sealed with high-traffic matte lacquers. We also modified desk dimensions to hide complex presentation tech and wiring.
Result
The gallery successfully translated the ultimate penthouse lifestyle to visiting buyers. The developer reported a significant increase in client dwell time in the VIP lounges, directly contributing to early off-plan sales.
