The Story
Background, challenge, solution, and result.
Background / Vision
The architectural intent was a fusion of rugged desert landscapes and serene ocean views. The developer wanted to offer villa buyers a pre-selected, cohesive furniture package that perfectly matched this "desert modern" aesthetic using warm woods, light linens, and brutalist stone.
Challenge
Producing and staging 40 identical, complete whole-house furniture packages (from beds to outdoor loungers) perfectly timed with the rolling construction completion schedule of the individual villas.
Solution
We established a dedicated production line and a phased shipping matrix. We standardized the core pieces—utilizing durable ash woods, travertine, and performance fabrics—ensuring batch consistency across all 40 homes. We also provided comprehensive installation blueprints to the local staging teams.
Result
A seamless, phased rollout. Over 80% of the villa buyers opted into our turnkey furniture package, praising the effortless continuity between the rugged striking architecture and the refined, comfortable interiors.
